I, the undersigned, request to be admitted as a member of the HELIKOS association and to participate in the association’s activities as established by the Board of Directors. I pledge to respect the statutes and regulations of the association and to accept each article of those regulations.  I pledge  to pay the association’s annual dues and tuition fees associated with the activities in which I participate and to do so in the manner established.  I understand that the disregard for the statutes of the association and/or the internal rules of the activity in which I participate will result in the Board’s cancellation of my membership without further discussion and suspension from all activities.

In respect of articles 1341 e 1342 of the civil code I declare that I have read, understood, and approve of the content and the conditions stated in the constitution and in the regulations.
